The mother-in-law started a sit-in protest at the police station gate after not getting a satisfactory answer about the missing son-in-law. The police, which had been negligent for two months, sent them back by assuring them of finding him in two days.

Reena, a resident of Mohalla Reti in Ramchandra Mission area, is married to Vikas, a resident of Bartara village in Roza. Reena is living in her parents' house since there was a rift in her in-laws' house. She has also registered an FIR against her in-laws for harassment. Vikas also started living with her.

 

The son-in-law is missing since April 26 

On 26 April, he left saying that he was going to the court, but there is no information about him since then. Vikas's father Suresh registered an FIR regarding his son's disappearance. Even after two months, no information could be found.

On Saturday, Reena's mother Aarti reached the police station to inquire about her son-in-law, but after waiting for one and a half hours, she did not get any satisfactory answer. On which she sat on a dharna at the police station gate along with the women who had come with her. Inspector-in-charge Chandra Prakash Shukla sent them back from there by assuring them of recovery within two days.
