Superman is getting such a tremendous response in India that the business of the film is more than Bollywood movies. On one hand, Malik has collected more than Rs 14 crore in the first weekend, while the business of Vikrant Massey and Shanaya Kapoor starrer movie Aankhon Ki Gustakhiyaan has reached only above Rs 1 crore.
Superman became popular in India
Although Malik and Aankhon Ki Gustakhiya could not work their magic at the domestic box office, Superman has printed more notes than them in just three days. According to Saccanilk, the collection of Superman in India is Rs 25.50 crore. On the first day, the film opened with Rs 7 crore and on the second and third day, the earnings were above Rs 9 crore.
Superman's Worldwide Collection
Superman is earning the most in India in English language. Its collection in Hindi language is also in crores. The three-day collection of Superman, which was released in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu languages, is only from India, but it has earned a lot worldwide as well. It has done a business of Rs 1000 crore worldwide in just three days. Apart from David, Rachel Brosnahan, Nicholas Holt, Eddie Gathegi are also in important roles in the film.
