TCS and ABB strengthen strategic partnership

TCS has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ABB to further strengthen its strategic partnership in the areas of IT, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and engineering. Under this partnership, the two companies will work together on IT infrastructure, digital and industrial AI, data centers, and other emerging technologies. The aim is to develop next-generation infrastructure and enterprise applications. According to TCS MD and CEO K. Krithivasan, this partnership is a major step towards a "new era of AI-based industrial innovation," creating smart and resilient solutions globally. 

Tata Elxsi Launches ODC for Terumo Meanwhile, Tata Elxsi has launched a global offshore development center (ODC) in collaboration with Terumo Corporation. This center will focus specifically on developing cardiac and vascular solutions and accelerate medical technology innovation for global markets. Established in Pune, this ODC will accelerate product development and increase cost efficiency (input capacity) by bringing together design, engineering, verification, regulatory compliance and AI/GenAI based technologies. 

Major expansion in healthcare and AI sector The partnership between Tata Elxsi and Terumo will boost the development of advanced medical devices and technologies in the healthcare sector. The TCS-ABB collaboration will provide a new direction in industrial automation and digital transformation.
