News Topical, Digital Desk : A shocking case has come to light from Hapur in Uttar Pradesh. Here a man has appealed to the police saying that his life is in danger from his wife and her lover. The victim also has a daughter. Currently, the police have registered a case and started investigation. In fact, Rahul Tyagi, a resident of Chandralok Colony, Modinagar Road in Nagar Kotwali area of Hapur, has filed a complaint in the SP office on Saturday morning. Rahul told that he was married to Anita Tyagi 6 years ago, and they have a 6-year-old daughter. Rahul works in a finance company.

When he returned home on July 11, he saw his wife in an objectionable condition with Gaurav Bainsala. When he protested, Anita and Gaurav beat him up, causing injuries on his hands and body.

illicit relationship with wife's friend

Rahul alleged that Gaurav Bainsala, who earlier worked with him in a finance company, had been having an illicit relationship with his wife for 2 years. The two kept meeting from time to time, and when Rahul opposed this, he was threatened with death. Out of fear, he somehow escaped from the spot.

Husband scared of Saurabh murder case of Meerut

Rahul said that the recent Saurabh murder case in Meerut, where a wife along with her lover killed her husband and locked the body in a drum, has scared him further. He said that I am afraid that my wife and her lover can do something similar to me. I want to be safe with my daughter.

Police started investigation

SP Gyananjay Singh took the matter seriously and directed the Nagar Kotwali police to investigate. The police have registered a case against Gaurav Bainsala under sections of assault and have started an in-depth investigation into the matter. The SP assured that the victim will get justice and strict action will be taken against the culprits.

Custody and protection of daughter

Along with this, Rahul Tyagi has demanded from the SP that the custody of his 6-year-old daughter be handed over to him, because he does not want to live with his wife anymore.
