America considers India and China as rich countries. This was revealed in the statement given by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio in Brussels. On the question of sending humanitarian aid for the earthquake in Myanmar, Rubio said that China and India are rich countries, it is the responsibility of these countries to help the affected countries in times of disaster. It is wrong to expect America to provide 60-70 percent of humanitarian aid in the world. There are many rich countries in the world, they should also come forward and help.

It is known that just a few hours after the earthquake in Myanmar on March 28, India sent the first consignment of 15 tonnes of humanitarian aid. It contained medicines, food items, tents, blankets etc. In the second consignment, along with the material, a team of 80 experts for rescue and relief measures was also sent along with equipment. India has sent 17 tonnes more relief material in other consignments.
