The name of the company is SG Finserve. The surge was seen after the latest purchase by famous investor Madhusudan Muralidhar Kela, who bought 9.51 lakh shares at a price of ₹ 350.01 per share on BSE on March 24. This is equivalent to 1.7% stake in the company. Financial Performance: Strong results in Q3FY25- Profit stood at ₹236 crore in Q3FY25, up sharply from ₹141 crore in Q2FY25. Revenue from operations stood at ₹424 crore as against ₹309 crore in the previous quarter. Loan book reached ₹1,568 crore, a growth of 92% over the previous quarter. Expenses increased marginally—₹103 crore in Q3 vs ₹102 crore in Q2. Credit Rating and Capital Base- CRISIL Ratings has assigned AA (CE)/Positive rating to SG Finserve's ₹1,000 crore bank loan facility, which has now moved from provisional to final status. The company's capital base is currently around ₹1,000 crore, targeted to increase to ₹1,500 crore by FY27. This includes a committed preferential investment of ₹350 crore. Plans to grow loan book to ₹4,000 crore by FY26. Target to take it to ₹6,000 crore by FY27. Arihant Capital Markets is the only brokerage tracking the stock and has a 'Buy' rating on SG Finserve and a target price of ₹783—representing an upside of about 80% from current levels. Excellent performance in the market- SG Finserve's stock has gained more than 23% in the last one month, while Nifty 50 has gained only 5% in the same period.
