Two students of Delhi Technological University (DTU) and Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology (BPIT) College died after falling from the fourth floor of PG college under suspicious circumstances in KN Katju Marg police station area of Rohini Sector-17.
Rohini District Deputy Commissioner of Police Amit Goyal said that information was received at 01:10 am late night about two students falling from the fourth floor of their PG in Sector-17, Rohini. KNK Marg police station reached on the information and found out that two boys had fallen from the roof.
Both students fell down from the window of the room
Local investigation revealed that two students present in a room on the fourth floor of the PG fell down from the window of the room. They were students of DTU College and BPIT College. Both the students have been identified as Ishaan resident Bharatpur and Harsh resident Palam Colony. Police officer says that the police is investigating the reasons for the fall of the students.
Fire spread due to leakage in gas cylinder, six people including three children got burnt
Earlier on Sunday, a fire broke out in a two-storey house in Bhorgarh under Narela Industrial Area Police Station (NIA) on Sunday morning due to gas leakage. Before the people present in the house could understand anything, the roof suddenly collapsed. In this accident, six people including three children of the same family were injured due to burns and injuries caused by the fire. All the injured have been admitted to the nearby Raja Harishchandra Hospital, out of which the condition of one is said to be critical.
Initially it was being said that a gas cylinder exploded, but the police has not confirmed the gas cylinder explosion. At present, the police is investigating the entire matter. The injured have been identified as 40-year-old Raju, his 35-year-old wife Rajeshwari, 18-year-old son Rahul, and 15-year-old Mohini, five-year-old Varsha and three-year-old Mahi. Out of these, Raju has suffered five percent burns and has also suffered serious injuries. His condition is said to be critical.
Rajeshwari is 45 percent burnt, while her son Rahul is 45 percent, daughter Mohini is 50 percent, Mahi is 8 percent and Varsha is 6 percent burnt. This incident took place in Punjabi Colony on Shani Bazar Road in Bhorgarh. On Sunday morning at 7:53, the police got information that there was an explosion in the house of Raju, who lives in Punjabi Colony, due to which the roof of his house collapsed. Many people have been injured in this.
