Mental health disorders in teens
Anxiety

- Symptoms - Persistent sadness, lack of interest in activities, change in eating or sleeping patterns, keeping distance from people, negative thoughts etc. are some of the symptoms by which depression can be detected in teenagers .
- What parents should do: Listen calmly to your child without giving advice or judgment, and reassure them that you understand. If symptoms worsen or persist, seek medical help.
ADHD
- Symptoms- Lack of focus, hyperactivity, difficulty in fulfilling responsibilities, ignoring daily tasks etc. can be its symptoms.

Eating Disorders
