This decision has been taken so that the situation in medical colleges and medical institutions is not affected due to the transfer of doctors and staff. Any transfer will be considered only in view of unavoidable circumstances.

In fact, the department is having a tough time meeting the standards of the National Medical Commission (NMC). Difficulty is also being faced in starting 13 new medical colleges because doctors and staff are not being recruited as per the standards. In such a situation, this decision has been taken so that the situation does not get worse due to transfer.

Medical and health department will also reduce transfers   

At the same time, the Medical and Health Department will also transfer very few doctors and employees. In the year 2022, the department had to face criticism due to transfers against the rules in the Health Department. In such a situation, here too the transfer will be done on the basis of request. Applications have been sought only for the clerical cadre, that too who have been working in a district for a long time.
