Sambhal Survey Report: In the case of Jama Masjid vs Harihar Mandir in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, Advocate Commissioner Ramesh Singh Raghav has submitted the survey report to the court. The Shahi Jama Masjid was surveyed on 19 November and 24 November. The survey report was submitted to Chandausi District Court of Sambhal.

After presenting the survey report, Ramesh Singh Raghav said that today the report has been completed and presented in the court. He said that a 40-page report has been submitted. The Advocate Commissioner said that the report of the survey conducted on 19 and 24 November has been presented. 

Whenever the report is opened, all the information will be revealed. When asked when the next hearing in the case will be held, Raghav said that if respondent number 6 goes to the High Court in this case, then it will be seen on that basis what will happen next.

The advocate commissioner said that the report will not be opened until the Supreme Court orders. Even the judges cannot see what is in the report until the Supreme Court orders. He said that since my health was not good, it took some time for the report to be presented. 

More than 40 people arrested so far:
Police action is going on in the case of violence during the survey of Jama Masjid. Police has arrested seven more accused. With this, a total of 47 accused have been arrested so far. When the survey of Shahi Jama Masjid was going on in Sambhal on 24 November 2024.

During that time some miscreants had pelted stones on the police and set many vehicles on fire. The police is continuously taking action in this case. The police is identifying the accused on the basis of CCTV and video footage and arresting them.
