MP News: A petition filed by the daughter of deceased Shiv Prasad demanding a fair investigation into the Loharidih murder case of Kawardha district and severe punishment to the culprits was heard in the Jabalpur High Court on Friday (November 8).
The division bench of Chief Justice Suresh Kumar Kaith has directed the DGP of MP to exhume the body of the deceased Shiv Prasad Sahu from the grave and get it post-mortem done again by a team of expert doctors in the presence of the family members and present the report before the court.
A suspicious case of suicide had come to light.
Let us tell you that a suspicious case of suicide by hanging of Kachru of Loharidhih in Kawardha, Chhattisgarh, had come to light in a village bordering MP Chhattisgarh. After this, the family members had alleged that Shiv Prasad alias Kachru Sahu was murdered and hanged on a tree.
After that, a mob of people angry with the incident in Loharidih set fire to a house in the village and burnt a person alive. More than 60 people are lodged in Kawardha Central Jail in this case.
These people were arrested and sent to jail.
In this case, the police have arrested Tekchand father Sanuklal Patel (24) resident of Bhelvatola police station Rengakhar district Kabirdham, Dinesh Kumar father Raghunath Sahu (33) resident of village Loharidih police station Rengakhar district Kabirdham. Father-Roman Sanuklal Sahu (32) resident of village police station Loharidih district Rengakhar-Kabirdham and Rahilal father Sukhram Hirwane (40) resident of village Banfartola were arrested from Birsa Balaghat (MB) railway station and sent to jail. Since now the body is of the Prime Minister, a big disclosure can happen in the future.
