Shiv Sena on Mamata Banerjee: On one hand, Eid is being celebrated with great pomp across the country, while on the other hand, the atmosphere is heated up with political statements. Shiv Sena leader Manisha Kayande has launched a scathing attack on the statement of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. She said that she (Mamata Banerjee) wanted to become PM but her vote percentage has decreased further and will continue to decrease.
His party is getting weaker day by day- Kayande
In a statement to news agency IANS, Shiv Sena leader Manisha Kayande targeted Mamata Banerjee and said, "Mamata Banerjee tried hard to become the Prime Minister of the country, but she failed to expand her party (TMC) in other states. Her party's position is getting weaker day by day, and her vote share is continuously declining. She defeated the leftists (Communists), but failed to defeat the saffron colour."
Will never be able to defeat saffron colour- Kayande
Kayande further said, "Mamata Banerjee has had the ambition to defeat the saffron colour, but it will never be fulfilled because now the public does not harbor such narrow mentality."
Sonia Gandhi was also targeted
Apart from this, Manisha Kayande has also attacked senior Congress leader Sonia Gandhi. Questioning Sonia Gandhi's comment on the New Education Policy, she said, "Sonia Gandhi has no moral right to talk on this issue. What has she done for the country? Whatever she did, she did it only for her party Congress. She made efforts to save her party, but what has been her contribution to the country is a question worth knowing."
