In Hinduism, Tuesday as well as Saturday are considered auspicious days to worship Lord Hanuman, the devotee of Lord Ram. This is because Lord Hanuman is believed to protect his devotees from the wrath of Lord Shanidev. According to legend, Lord Shanidev himself had made a promise to Lord Hanuman to protect him.

this is the legend

According to the legend, once Hanuman Ji reached Lanka in search of Mata Sita, he saw that Lord Shani was hanging upside down in the prison. When Hanuman Ji asked the reason for this, Lord Shani said that Ravana had imprisoned many planets using his yogic powers. Then Hanuman Ji freed Lord Shani from the prison.

gave this blessing

Shani Dev was pleased with this and he asked Hanuman ji to ask for a boon. On this Hanuman ji asked for the boon that you will never trouble the devotees who worship me. Along with this, Shani Dev also gave him the boon that any devotee who worships Hanuman ji along with Shani Dev on Saturday will also get relief from Shani Dev's wrath and all the wishes of that devotee will also be fulfilled. This is the reason why along with Tuesday, Saturday is also considered the best day to worship Hanuman ji.
