Guwahati: Mobile internet services will not work in Assam on Sunday. The government has ordered a temporary shutdown of mobile internet services across the state.
Actually, recruitment exam for grade-3 posts is being conducted in the state. During this, Himanta Biswa Sarma government has taken this decision in view of the apprehensions of any disturbance or paper leak.
The Assam government has ordered suspension of mobile internet, mobile data, mobile Wi-Fi connectivity across the state from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm on September 30 during the written examination for recruitment to Grade-3 posts.
