The principal made obscene gestures to a minor girl studying in the school by luring her with the promise of waiving her fees, after which the family members created a ruckus in the school. The police have arrested the accused principal on charges of making obscene gestures and are taking further action.

Actually, the fees of a 13-year-old minor girl studying in a private school in Bilhaur police station area of ​​Kanpur were pending for two months. Due to some personal reasons, the girl's parents were unable to pay the fees. The family alleges that the principal asked the girl to pay the fees soon and threatened to expel her from the school and strike her name if the fees were not paid. After which Principal Kuldeep Katiyar called the girl to the principal's room and tried to do obscene acts with her.

The girl reached home and informed her family about the incident. The family created a ruckus after reaching the school. Seeing the ruckus increasing, the police station reached the spot. The family filed a complaint against the accused principal Kuldeep Katiyar for molesting a minor. The police have registered an FIR on the complaint of the family and arrested the accused principal.

In this case, Bilhaur police station in-charge Ashok Kumar said that the parents of the school girl had filed a complaint accusing her of indecent behaviour, due to which an FIR was lodged against the accused principal Kuldeep Katiyar under the POCSO Act and he was arrested and sent to jail within 24 hours. Such incidents are tainting the existence of the temple of education and a guru in the society. This incident has scared the parents of the innocent girls studying in the school. Now all the parents of the girls studying in the school are scared of this incident.
