Prashant Kishor Got Bail: Jan Suraj founder Prashant Kishor in Patna got unconditional bail on Monday evening at around 7 pm. Earlier he had refused to fill the bail bond. Prashant Kishor got bail from Beur police station. Police took Prashant Kishor out of jail to the police station and he was released from the police station. However, earlier he was sent to Beur jail for not taking bail.

Actually, Patna police took Prashant Kishore to Beur jail, where he was to be shifted to the ward. Prashant Kishore was sent to judicial custody for 14 days by the court, but suddenly after a short while, the police brought him from Beur jail to the police station and then he got unconditional bail. 

Earlier today, on Monday morning at 4 am, Prashant Kishor was arrested by the police. After that, he was presented in the court, where he refused to accept the bail condition given by the court because the condition was that he will not do such work in future, which he refused to accept.

Prashant Kishor, while talking to the media after coming out of the court, said that we were doing Satyagraha for the last five days, around 4 am the police came and said come with me. Obviously, many people were also present with us, but I want to make it clear that the behavior of the police was not bad. After this, he also said that I will not take bail with conditions and am ready to go to jail, but the court has now accepted his condition and now he has got bail.
