Moradabad News: There has been a fierce clash between villagers and police personnel in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. Villagers allege that the police have killed a person. During this, the villagers pelted stones. According to the information, angry villagers surrounded the police team due to the suspicious death of a villager after being crushed under a tractor. The villagers deflated the tyres of the police jeep. Villagers allege that the policemen chased an empty tractor trolley in a jeep for illegal recovery, which led to the accident. 

Accusing the policemen of killing the villager, people said that the farmer who was filling the plot with soil from the field died after being crushed under the tractor.
The case of Lokesh alias Sonu's suspicious death is from the village of Thakurdwara Kotwali area. Angry with the death of the villager, people attacked the police team. The villagers surrounded the police and beat up the policemen. A constable fell unconscious due to the beating by the mob.

Amidst all this, a case has been filed against four policemen in the case of death. A case of murder has been filed against two named and two unknown persons.

What is the claim in the FIR?
On the other hand, in the FIR lodged by the family of the deceased, it has been said that Lokesh Kumar was going to the field with a tractor trolley at around 2 o'clock in the night, when at 2:38 am, Gram Pradhan Keshav Kumar received a call saying that I am calling from the police station. Lokesh Kumar alias Monu has been doing the work of putting soil with the tractor. The Gram Pradhan said that I do not know. I will call and find out. When the Gram Pradhan asked Lokesh where are you, Lokesh told that I am going to my field, then the Pradhan contacted his family members and asked where are you?

According to the FIR, the family of the deceased claimed that we were on our way when we came across a white car in which 4 policemen were sitting. We knew the 2 policemen sitting in the front, which were Anees (constable) and Naresh (constable) and the other 2 policemen were sitting in the back. When we asked them where they were coming from, they said that a boy named Monu Lekesh was running away with a tractor and we were chasing him and after saying that they left. 

He was threatened with death.
It has been stated in the FIR that when we reached the farm, Lokesh was not there. We looked here and there but Lokesh was nowhere to be found. Then we thought that he must have gone to work at somebody's place. When he did not come home for a long time, we and the family members began to look for him and we found him dead near Koharam Singh's farm, 50 meters inside the canal from the road.

It is alleged that the above mentioned person used to take money from Lokesh to excavate the soil but when Lokesh refused, he threatened to kill him and said that we will implicate you in a false case and get your tractor seized. When the above mentioned person chased Lokesh, he got scared and started running away with the tractor, then they beat Lokesh and killed him and after pressing his body under the tractor, they fled from the spot.
