what are punnets

It is said in astrology that Panchak occurs after every 27 days. When the Moon God moves in Dhanishta, Shatabhisha, Poorva Bhadrapada, Uttara Bhadrapada and Revati constellations, that time is called Panchak, which lasts for about 5 days. Doing any kind of auspicious work during this period is not considered auspicious.

Do not do this work even by mistake

Some tasks are prohibited during the period of Panchak and ignoring them can lead to negative consequences for the sadhak. According to beliefs, auspicious tasks like marriage, tonsure, housewarming, house construction etc. should not be performed during Panchak. Along with this, monetary transactions or travelling towards the south should also not be performed during Panchak. According to popular beliefs, making a cot or getting the roof cast during Panchak is also not considered auspicious.

What to do before the trip

If for some reason you have to travel towards the south during Panchak, then before starting the journey, take a few steps back and then start your journey towards the south. By doing this you can avoid negative results.
