Gleeden has conducted a study on India's changing attitudes toward marriage, infidelity, and cultural norms. The study included 1,503 married Indians between 25 and 50 years of age from Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.

The research revealed that more than 60 percent of the people included in the study were adopting non-traditional methods of dating, such as swinging (in which partners make out with others for entertainment). The research showed that 46 percent of men want to move forward in such relationships, out of which the maximum is from Kolkata (52 percent).

In the digital world, online flirting has become a common form of infidelity. The report shows that 36 percent of women and 35 percent of men are attracted by virtual flirting. It was seen that a maximum (35 percent) of people from Kochi showed interest in it.
