Kanpur News Today: A 14-year-old girl went missing in Maharajpur, Kanpur three days ago. Today (30 January) the body of the girl was found in the fields outside the village. There are deep wounds on her body and her clothes are also in disarray. Finding of the girl's body created a sensation in the area. As soon as the information of the incident was received, senior police officials reached the spot and started investigation. 

Actually, on 27th January, a 14 year old girl went out to look for her goat in Maharajpur area of ​​Kanpur, but she did not return home. When the girl did not return even after a long time, the family members started looking for her, but could not find any trace of her.

The body of the girl was found in the field.
The news of the disappearance of the minor girl spread like wildfire and the whole village started looking for the girl. The family also informed the local police about this. As soon as the information was received, the police also started searching for the girl, but there was no result. After the disappearance of the girl, the family was in panic due to the fear of some untoward incident. 

This morning, someone saw the body of the girl in a mutilated condition in a pigeon pea field outside the village, after which there was an uproar in the village. The victim's family has identified the deceased as their missing daughter. Someone informed the police about this. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, a senior police officer reached the spot with a heavy police force. 

The police took the body of the deceased into custody, filled the Panchnama and sent it for post-mortem. The forensic team collected evidence on the spot, while the police is searching for the accused with the help of the dog squad. 

The victim's family expressed this apprehension
. The victim's family claimed that their daughter has been raped. All limits of brutality have been crossed with her, there are injury marks on her body, blood is oozing from many places. There are marks on the victim's neck as well, it seems that she has been killed by strangulation. The clothes on her body are also in disarray. The police have detained some people on the basis of suspicion and are interrogating them.

Deputy Commissioner Eastern Shravan Kumar said that investigation has been done on reaching the spot, it seems that the girl has tried a lot to save herself from the accused. He said that on the basis of suspicion of the family, some people have been taken into custody and are being questioned. 

Deputy Police Commissioner Shravan Kumar said that the forensic team has collected evidence from the spot and taken it to the lab. No stone will be left unturned in this case, action will be taken against those who committed the crime as soon as possible and they will be sent behind bars.
