Kanpur Crime News: There are lakhs of cases pending in Kanpur court. For years, the plaintiff and the defendant have been taking dates in those cases. Some have been judged or sentenced, while some have been acquitted. Justice may be delayed but it is definitely delivered. An example of this is the Kanpur case in which an advocate killed his own colleague by hitting him with a knife. In the case that lasted for 12 years, the court found the lawyer and 3 others guilty and sentenced them to life imprisonment. 

In the year 2012, a young man was murdered when he was going from home to buy flour. The young man was shot dead in the middle of the road. But there was neither any witness nor any evidence. Investigation and police action caught the accused and brought them under the purview of law. Now, after 12 years, the court gave justice in the murder case, in which the lawyer and his friends were sentenced to life imprisonment.

Lawyer caught in the clutches of law:
On Friday, such a verdict was given in the ADJ court of Kanpur court in which the person who studied law and fought the legal tricks got caught in the clutches of law. He was sentenced to life imprisonment. Actually, in the Kalyanpur police station area of ​​Kanpur, in the year 2012, a youth named Abhishek was shot dead, in which the police, on the basis of investigation and Akshay, considered Abhishek's friends as culprits.

An FIR was lodged and a case was registered in which four accused were involved. Among them were two friends named Abhishek Yadav and Situ who had shot Abhishek Yadav. But other youths were also involved in this murder, out of which one accused has died. Among the four youths involved in this murder, there was also an advocate. But after coming under the purview of law, none of the lawyer sahab's tricks could work in the court or the legal process. 

 

What did the officer say?
After 12 years, the court has sentenced two new accused including a lawyer to life imprisonment in the Abhishek murder case, after which there was an atmosphere of curiosity in the court about the judgment in this case. After the judgment in this case, Government DGC Crime Dilip Awasthi said that the case was of the year 2012 in which the case was pending.

He told that the court has given its verdict today. In which four people have been sentenced. The court has sentenced three accused to life imprisonment and another accused under some other section. One of the accused in this sentence is an advocate but this verdict is not for any class or any society but this verdict has given a clear message that justice is for everyone and the provision of punishment for crime is also for everyone.
