In-house inquiry is going on- Supreme Court

While hearing the case, Justice Oak of the Supreme Court has said that an in-house inquiry is going on in this entire matter. The CJI will take a decision after its report. If he is found guilty in the internal investigation, the CJI will have the option of ordering the registration of an FIR or recommending the government to remove him.

There is no basis to interfere in the investigation- Supreme Court
