Tehran: Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei led the Friday prayers. Khamenei attended a public gathering for the first time after the ballistic missile attack on Israel. In his address, he appealed to the Muslims of the world to unite. Khamenei said that the enemy's plans will be defeated.

Khamenei further said that Muslim countries will have to gear up to defend themselves from Afghanistan to Yemen, from Iran to Gaza and Lebanon. Iran is with Hezbollah. Iran has given a befitting reply to Israel. If Israel attacks, Iran will also not step back.

Hamas attack was justified

Khamenei said that we will neither delay nor hurry in responding to Israel. Every country has the right to defend itself. Israel is pretending to win by killing innocent civilians. In his address, Khamenei also justified Hamas' attack on Israel on October 7 last year.

Arab Muslims should support

Khamenei said in his address that we are sad but not defeated. He appealed to Arab Muslims for support. He said that all Muslims should walk with brotherhood, this is the best thing. We are opposing Israeli occupation and will continue to do so. Khamenei said that the great action of the armed forces against Israel is justified and completely legal. He said that if needed, Israel will be attacked again.
