News Topical, Digital Desk : Israel's Defense Minister Israel Katz said on Thursday that Israel will attack Iran again if it receives a threat from Tehran. A statement issued from Katz's office said, "In Tehran, Tabriz, Isfahan and wherever you try to threaten or harm Israel, Israel's long arm will reach you. There will be no place to hide."

The Defense Minister said, 'If we have to attack, we will strike with even more force.' It is worth noting that in June, Israel and Iran fought for 12 days, which raised fears of a wider regional conflict. After American mediation, both sides agreed on a ceasefire, which was announced by President Donald Trump on June 23.

Iranian nuclear sites were attacked

Israel attacked Iranian nuclear sites, citing fears that Tehran was close to developing nuclear weapons. However, Iran denies developing nuclear weapons. The US also joined the campaign and attacked Iranian nuclear sites.

On Thursday, 16 Palestinians, including 10 children, were killed in an Israeli airstrike near a medical center in Gaza. On the other hand, the Israeli army has said that it has attacked a terrorist who was involved in the Hamas-led attack on October 7, 2023. However, it is reported that many people have been injured.

The missile attack on Gaza's Deir al-Balah area comes as Israeli and Hamas negotiators are holding talks with mediators in Qatar on a proposed 60-day ceasefire and the release of hostages, with the aim of agreeing a permanent ceasefire.
