Hapur News: A case of indiscriminate firing on a youth in broad daylight has come to light in Hapur. Two bike-borne attackers first called a youth out of his house on the pretext of asking for directions and then started firing bullets at him in the middle of the road. After the incident, the bike-borne attackers fled from the spot. Hearing the sound of gunfire in the area, people from the vicinity rushed to the spot and the youth injured by the bullets was immediately admitted to a private hospital for treatment. The area police has reached the spot and has started searching for the attackers. 

According to the information received, Atul Kumar, a resident of Shyampur in Hapur Dehat police station area, was at his home. Then two youths riding a bike called him out of the house and started firing indiscriminately at him on the pretext of asking for the address. In the firing, a bullet hit the youth near the hip, due to which he got injured. It is being told that about three to four rounds of firing were done. This incident of firing was captured in the CCTV camera installed there. After the incident, people nearby reached the spot after hearing the sound of firing.

On receiving the information, apart from the rural police, CO Jitendra Sharma along with his police force and forensic team reached the spot. The police has admitted the injured youth Atul Kumar to the hospital for treatment. It is being told that the youth was also attacked a month and a quarter ago in which he had a narrow escape. The police has started searching for the bike-borne attackers who fled after committing the crime. 

Injured youth Atul said that he was at home, when two youths riding a bike called him out of the house on the pretext of asking for directions and started firing at him. In which one of the bullets hit him near the waist. At the same time, the uncle of the injured said that the youth has been attacked earlier also, in which no action has been taken by the police till now, today he was attacked again. In which his nephew Atul has been injured by bullets.

Police engaged in search of miscreants
Hapur's ASP Vineet Bhatnagar said that this is a case of village Shayampur police station rural area. Atul son of Sanserpal says that two people came to him and asked him the address of a place, before he could understand they opened fire. Police reached the spot after the incident. The injured youth has been admitted to a private hospital for treatment. Police has started searching for the attackers through CCTV cameras. The attackers will be caught soon.
