Allahabad High Court: Allahabad High Court has made an important comment while hearing a case. The court has rejected sexual pleasure as the reason for the fight between husband and wife. The court said that if the husband does not ask his wife to satisfy his physical desires, then where will the civilized society go? 

The court said that the disputes happened due to incompatibility in the physical relationship between the husband and wife and the allegation of cruelty for dowry was baseless and said that the investigation did not find any concrete evidence to prove the allegations of harassment and assault for dowry. The court said that this is not a matter of agreement between the two regarding sex.

The woman had accused her husband.
In fact, a woman living in Noida had lodged a complaint in the police station in July 2018 accusing her husband of dowry harassment and unnatural sex. The wife alleged that they were married in December 2015. After which her in-laws harassed her for dowry. 

The woman said that her husband is addicted to alcohol, he watches porn movies and roams around the house naked. Even while living in Singapore, her husband tortured her. After which a case of cruelty was registered against the husband in the police station under section 498 of the IPC. 

Justice Anish Kumar Gupta, who is hearing this case in the High Court, said that there is no concrete evidence of dowry demand or harassment in the investigation. The dispute between the two is due to disagreement on sex. This fight is about satisfaction of physical relationship. If the husband does not demand satisfaction of his sexual desire from his wife, then it will be said in a civilized society.
