Delhi on Wednesday recorded its second hottest day of the year with the maximum temperature settling at 33.5 degrees Celsius, 4.6 degrees above normal, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said. The national capital on Tuesday recorded its hottest day of the year so far with the mercury soaring to 34.8 degrees Celsius, 6.4 degrees above normal.

Weather is going to change in Uttar Pradesh too . Rain is predicted in the state today. Rain is expected in the state for four days. The Meteorological Department has appealed to the people to take shelter in a safe place during thunderstorms and avoid standing under trees. Citizens have been advised to wait till the weather becomes normal.
