Kanpur Triple Talaq: The atrocities on women are making them helpless and weak in a new way every day. The government is trying to strengthen women with new laws to empower them, but despite this the atrocities on women are not decreasing. A case came to light in Kanpur, in which a phone call destroyed everything for a woman in a moment. The husband sitting in London broke all the relationships, emotions and trust in his relationship by saying Talaq, Talaq, Talaq on the phone to his wife living in Kanpur.

This is the story of Gulnaz, who lives in Chamanganj, Kanpur, who was married to Asif Jamal, a resident of Ballia, just 9 months ago. The father had married his daughter Gunaz with great hopes. He had also spent about 25 to 30 lakh rupees on the wedding, but Gulnaz started receiving all kinds of comments and harassment just a few days after the marriage.

Fights over dowry started just 9 months after marriage 

There were daily fights in her in-laws' house in Ballia over the demand for money and dowry. Everyone in the neighbourhood also came to know about this fight, due to which Asif, keeping in mind the disgrace of himself and his family, took Gulnaz with him to London, but the series of fights did not end there either, after which Asif sent Gulnaz to Kanpur from London and got her visa cancelled from there. After coming to Kanpur,   Gulnaz thought it better to go to her in-laws' house, but there she was again beaten and beaten and she came to her maternal home in Kanpur on 27 August.

Triple Talaq given from London

If Gulnaz is to be believed, the next day Gulnaz reached her maternal home from her in-laws' house and received a call from her husband Asif and he said that he will not live with Gulnaz. Asif said that I will marry again and I divorce you and after saying this, Asif sitting in London said Talaq Talaq Talaq three times on the phone and disconnected the call, after which the victim's family registered a case of dowry harassment along with triple Talaq in Chamanganj police station of Kanpur and the police registered a case under serious sections and started investigation.

The accused will be called from London to Kanpur 

Meanwhile, Chamanganj police station in-charge Dinesh Kumar Bisht said that a woman named Gulnaz has filed a case against her husband and in-laws for dowry harassment and assault and her husband divorced her by uttering Talaq three times from London. A case has been registered against him and efforts will be made to call the accused husband to Kanpur by contacting the Indian Embassy in London.
