New Delhi: Major Hindu organizations of the country have expressed happiness over Donald Trump's victory in the US presidential election and congratulated him. They have also expressed hope that during his tenure, the persecution of Hindus will stop not only in the US, but also in other countries including Bangladesh and Canada.

During the election campaign, Trump had shown a tough stand on the persecution of Hindus in Bangladesh. VHP International President Alok Kumar congratulated Trump and reminded him that during the election he had said that he would not allow attacks on Hindus anywhere.

He said that India and America will move ahead with more speed in world peace and progress. Hindu Sena President Vishnu Gupta congratulated Trump on his victory and said that his victory will end Khalistan and Islamic terrorism. Swami Chakrapani of Hindu Mahasabha reminded that as per his promise, Trump should take further action against the atrocities being committed on Hindus in Bangladesh, Pakistan, Canada and the world.

After Trump's victory, internet media is flooded with memes

After the news of Donald Trump's victory in America came out, there was a flood of memes on the internet media. Elon Musk also posted to react to the historic victory. He posted a picture of himself from 2022, in which he is entering the X headquarters carrying a sink.

He gave the same caption "Let that sink in", but the background was of the White House. He uploaded a picture of the SpaceX rocket Starship and captioned, "The future is going to be great."

Other memes included a morphed video of Trump dancing to Ranveer Singh's song Malhari from the film Bajirao Mastani. A user named Rothmus posted, "I haven't seen a man beat a woman so badly since the Olympics," referring to Algerian boxer Iman Khalif, who won Olympic gold in Paris.

Several other memes were also circulating that used edited images of Trump celebrating and dancing. One of these memes had Musk with the Bee Gees' Stayin' Alive in the background.

The caption reads, "Bye Bye, Kamala."

Another post shows Trump carrying two garbage bags with pictures of Biden and Harris. During an event, Biden had called Trump's supporters garbage. A photo of Trump taken at a McDonald's outlet in Pennsylvania was used in another post. It reads in the caption, "Bye Bye, Kamala".
