He was blackmailing a student by befriending her on Instagram, police filed a case, accused arrested:

Firozabad News: A student living in the Thana Dakshin area of Firozabad became friends with a young man living in Etmadpur Kotwali area of Agra district on social media Instagram. The two started talking on the social site. During this, the young man recorded the video of the teenager and started calling her to meet him. When the student refused to meet him, the accused started threatening her.

Through friendship on social media Instagram, the accused started sending obscene material and obscene messages to the victim and by recording all this, he started inciting the victim to meet him. When the victim refused to meet him, he started blackmailing her through obscene video clippings and other material.

The victim, who lives in Thana Dakshin area, told the police that she had become friends with Harsh Kush, a resident of Mohalla Satta Kothi town of Etmadpur in Agra, through Instagram
some time ago. Initially, both of them had normal conversations. Gradually, both of them started talking through video calls. For some days, the accused was calling the student to meet alone. When the student refused, the accused threatened to make her obscene videos and audios viral.

According to Inspector Yogendra Kumar, in-charge of Thana Dakshin, based on the complaint filed by the victim's family, a case has been registered and the accused Harsh Kush has been arrested from near Jain Mandir Chauraha. Action is being taken against him by registering an FIR under POCSO, IT Act and other sections.
