This incident took place on Partapur Road in Pilkhuwa police station area of Hapur district, when three bike-borne robbers looted Rs 3 lakh 21 thousand from the gas agency accountant at gunpoint in broad daylight and fled. After this, the victim immediately informed the police about the incident.

After receiving the information, the police reached the spot, registered a case and started searching for the robbers. The robbers' picture was captured in CCTV while they were running away after committing the robbery. The police is trying to trace the robbers on the basis of other CCTV footage present at the spot.
According to the information received, Rakesh Verma, the accountant of Nirmal Gas Agency located on Partapur Road in Pilkhuwa Kotwali area, was going to the bank to deposit the gas agency's cash on Saturday afternoon. Rakesh Verma said that as soon as he came out of the gas agency with a bag full of Rs 3 lakh 21 thousand 500, three robbers riding a bike came on the road and looted the bag full of money at gunpoint and fled from the spot.
CCTV investigation begins
After the incident, people from the vicinity gathered at the spot after hearing the noise. On the other hand, after receiving the information, Pilkhuwa Kotwali police also reached the spot. The police took information about the incident from the gas agency's accountant and started investigating the nearby CCTV.
Hapur ASP Vineet Bhatnagar said that a gas agency accountant was robbed of Rs 3 lakh 21 thousand. He said that the police is investigating the entire case. Soon the robbers will be arrested and the incident will be revealed.
