Gorakhpur News: The dispute between the doctor and the constable in Gorakhpur seems to be getting serious. The constable has received the support of Azad Adhikar Sena. Azad Adhikar Sena's national president Abhitabh Thakur will hold an indefinite dharna in the Cantt police station from October 15 demanding that a case be registered in favour of the constable. The case of the hammer attack on Doctor Anuj Sarkari by suspended constable Pankaj Kumar on October 4 is getting serious.

In the CCTV footage that went viral after the doctor filed a case of attempted murder, the staff and the attendants can be seen beating him. The constable, a resident of Sant Kabir Nagar, who had come to get his wife treated, is suspended for being absent in Ballia. The constable alleges that on October 3, when he came to get his wife treated, the doctor and his staff beat him up when he objected to the high fees charged for ultrasound. On October 4, he entered the nursing home and attacked the doctor with a hammer.

The soldier got their support.
After this, a case was registered against him but after the advocate, the public and many people are joining in support of the soldier. BJP MLC Devendra Pratap Singh also sat on a dharna today to register a case against the soldier and get him justice. Now Azad Adhikar Sena's national president Amitabh Thakur has also announced to hold an indefinite dharna at the Cantt police station from October 15 to register a case in favor of the soldier.

They allege that the Cantt Inspector has threatened their district president of dire consequences if he staged a protest. However, the video of the beating of the constable on 3rd October has not gone viral yet. The video that is going viral shows people beating the constable but it is after the attack.
