The expiry date of the gas cylinder is shown with English alphabets and numbers. If you look at the gas cylinder, this code will be seen with A, B, C, D and two digits. For example A 28
This code can be understood like this. A,B,C,D represents the 12 months of the whole year-
- The letter A represents January, February and March.
- The letter B represents April, May, June.
- The letter C represents July, August and September.
- The letter D represents October, November and December.
The two digits after the letter indicate the year. 28 would mean 2028. A 28 expiry date would mean the cylinder can be used until March 2028.
