This meeting took place on Tuesday at Shastri Bhawan after the central government summoned the content head of the American media company Netflix.

very serious about the subject

Officials of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting told Content Head (India) Monika Shergill that you should think before showing anything wrong. The government is taking this matter very seriously. Trying to improve the image of terrorists is not right. Should foreigners be allowed to say anything bad about our cultural values?

This will be the condition for showing the series

Even if you are liberal, you cannot portray our institutions in a wrong light. Sources say that the Netflix team also brought along their research documents and footage of archived references of the series to the meeting. Therefore, Netflix India's content head Monica Shergill said that an opening disclaimer will now be given in this series based on a real incident of the year 1999.

A PIL was filed in the court

In the series, two of the Pakistani terrorists were addressed by Hindu names Bhola and Shankar. Now their real Muslim names will be given in the legal message of the film. Meanwhile, Surjeet Singh Yadav, the head of the Hindu organization Hindu Sena, has filed a PIL in the Delhi High Court to ban this web series.
