How to keep your eyes healthy

Take a diet rich in nutrients- Include antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals in the diet. These are considered beneficial for your overall health as well as your eyes. Include vitamin C, green leafy vegetables, and things like fish, spinach, oranges in your diet.

Stay hydrated- Drink an adequate amount of water for the eyes and overall health. Drinking an adequate amount of water removes the problem of dryness in the eyes, which gives relief to the eyes.

Quit smoking- Smoking is the main cause of many diseases. This especially has a very bad effect on the health of the eyes. This increases the problem of cataracts, optic nerve damage, vision loss, and blindness.

Manage screen time- Staring at the screen for a long time also hurts the eyes. While reducing screen time, take a 20-minute break after every hour.
