Both these great people will work on eliminating bureaucracy in my government, reducing wasteful expenditure, eliminating unnecessary rules and reforming federal agencies. This will send a clear message to those who waste money.

Trump further wrote - This could also become 'The Manhattan Project of our time,' as Republican leaders have long dreamed of achieving the objectives of the Department of Government Efficiency.
