Case Against FIIT JEE Limited: The Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) of Delhi Police has registered a fraud case against the famous coaching center FIIT JEE. Actually, a total of 192 complaints were made against the Preet Vihar Center in East Delhi, after which Delhi Police has taken this action. Let us tell you, in January 2025, the Preet Vihar Center of FIIT JEE was suddenly closed.

A case has been registered by Delhi Police under Section EOW on the complaint of Atul Negi and others. Several complaints were received against FIIT JEE Coaching Institute, East Delhi Center (Laxmi Nagar), Delhi. These complaints were investigated in detail. The 192 complaints include personal complaints as well as groups of parents of affected students. It is alleged that the complainants have suffered huge financial losses due to FIIT JEE.

Allegations of false advertising and fee charging
Allegations are that FIIT JEE coaching institute misled students and parents through false advertisements, exaggerated claims of success and deceptive marketing strategies. The institute did not provide the promised services despite collecting huge course fees and closed operations in mid-January 2025 without any prior notice.

Key individuals associated with FIIT JEE Limited, including Managing Director Dinesh Kumar Goyal and other officials, have been accused of being involved in the fraud.

From the contents of the complaints and the preliminary investigation conducted so far, prima facie offences under Sections 406/420/120-B/34 have been found against FIIT JEE Limited. The police have registered an FIR under several sections at the Economic Offences Wing of Police Station.
