Procter & Gamble Hygiene & Health Care Limited (P&G Hygiene & Health Care Ltd) has announced its third quarter results for the current financial year 2024-25.
The company has informed in the exchange filing that the company will give a bumper dividend to the investors on one share. According to the filing, investors will be given an interim dividend of 110 per share. Talking about the face value of the company's share, it is Rs 10.
In the filing, the company has also informed that a record date has been fixed for this dividend. The record date for investors is 20 February 2025. Investors holding shares till this date are eligible for dividend.
The company has also given information about the date of payment of dividend. The company said that the dividend will be deposited in the bank accounts of eligible investors by March 7, 2025. The company took this decision in the board meeting held today and has requested all the concerned investors to keep it on record.
