Mahthura News Today: Hearing was held in Allahabad High Court on Thursday (28 November) regarding the places related to Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Idgah Mosque dispute in Mathura. However, there was no debate on merit in today's hearing. The next hearing of the case will now be held on December 4.

In the hearing held today i.e. on Thursday, Hindu party Shakumbhari Peethadheeshwar Bhriguvanshi Ashutosh Pandey has filed an application. In this application of Ashutosh Pandey, a demand has been made to conduct a survey by doing videography and photography of the disputed premises.

Idgah Committee asked for the next date
. The plaintiff has requested the High Court to conduct a survey electronically. It has been claimed in the petition that there was a temple at the disputed place earlier. Till some time ago, worship was done there and idols were kept there. Now the idols have also been removed from there, but the remains of Sanatan beliefs are still present there.

It has been said in the petition that in such a case, the place should be surveyed by an expert team and its records should be secured. In the temple mosque dispute, the Shahi Idgah Mosque Committee has appealed to postpone the hearing in the Supreme Court citing the hearing today.

In this regard, Supreme Court advocate and Shahi Idgah Mosque Committee's lawyer Tasneem Ahmadi had prayed to the court. The High Court has accepted her prayer and fixed December 4 as the date for hearing.

Ashutosh Pandey made this demand.
The petition filed by Bhriguvanshi Ashutosh Pandey will also be heard on December 4. Ashutosh Pandey's petition states that a survey under electronic supervision of photography and videography is necessary. It states that a survey is extremely necessary to determine the religious character of the disputed site.

During Thursday's hearing, some parties raised questions about media reporting and complained about this to the court. After this complaint, the court has asked the media to report on this matter only on the basis of facts.

Hindu side warned the media
According to Saurabh Tiwari, the advocate of the Hindu party, the court has said that if wrong reporting is done in this sensitive matter, then action will be taken against the concerned organizations and media personnel under contempt of court. The case was heard before a single bench of Justice Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra.
