The right way to eat spinach

  • Separate the spinach leaves from the stalk.
  • Boil them lightly in water.
  • To retain the colour of spinach, after boiling it, leave it in cold water for some time.
  • Then grind it and make its puree.
  • With this you can make many dishes like soup, parathas, puri, vegetable, pulao and many more.

Consuming spinach in these ways can be dangerous

Although spinach is a treasure trove of qualities. It is beneficial from weight loss to increasing hemoglobin, but if you do not eat it in the right way, then instead of benefit it can cause harm. 

Do not use in salad

Eating salad in the diet is a good thing, but if you are going to use spinach leaves in it, then know that its raw leaves can react with the enzymes present in the digestive system. Due to this problems like bloating, gas formation, and stomach ache can bother you. 

Juice is not beneficial

Many people recommend drinking spinach juice, but this is not the right option for health. Eating or drinking raw spinach can lead to many problems like stomach aches, gas, bloating, kidney stones , etc. Drinking its soup instead of juice is a better option, because cooked spinach is used in it.

Smoothie is also a bad choice

If you drink spinach in the form of a smoothie, it can also make you sick. Milk or curd is used to make smoothies, which are rich in calcium, whereas spinach contains oxalate. The combination of calcium and oxalate can cause kidney stones. Some people may also have allergy problems due to it, so do not take spinach in the form of a smoothie at all.
