Rajasthan Crime News: Three accused in the famous teacher Manish Meena murder case in Bundi, Rajasthan have been arrested. However, the main accused Gurpreet is still out of police custody. The accused had left Bundi district after the murder. The police have announced a reward of 25 thousand rupees for catching Gurpreet. The accused have been identified as Sonu, Deepak, Vishal. After the arrest, the police took out a procession of the criminals. Policemen were also present with the three accused.
Under the leadership of Kotwali in-charge Tejpal Saini, the police took the accused on foot from the circuit house to the collectorate, bus stand and the crime scene. During the procession, the criminals were seen raising slogans like 'committing a crime is a sin, the police is our father'. People stopped on seeing the procession of the accused. They publicly confessed to the stabbing incident at the dhaba. The teacher was stabbed to death in the middle of the square. The police tried to end the terror of the criminals through the procession. The criminals who were a headache for the police till yesterday were looking away today.
Three arrested in teacher murder case
The police also conducted an identification parade of the accused by taking them to the crime scene. DSP Arun Kumar said that on November 4, the accused had an argument with teacher Manish Meena at a dhaba located at Lanka Gate. CCTV footage of the dispute between the two parties had also surfaced.
The accused were eating at a separate table. The teacher was also eating with his friends at a separate table. While leaving after eating, their hands touched each other. The accused started abusing the teacher. When the teacher protested, the dispute escalated. The dispute reached the stage of fighting. The hotel dispute came on the road. The accused present with Gurpreet also started fighting.
The police took out a procession and got slogans raised
The accused killed the teacher by attacking him with a knife in the middle of the intersection. After the murder, three separate teams were formed. All the accused were wanted in murder cases. According to the police, the main accused Garpreet alias Gopi was operating the gang from Kota. The work of Gopi gang is to take contract for land disputes, removing encroachment, fighting and quarrels. Gurpreet was the accused in the famous Banta Singh murder case. The other three accused were also wanted in cases like murder and robbery. Bundi MLA Harimohan Sharma met the family and assured them of all possible help. He said that the law is being openly flouted in the Bhajan Lal government.
