Uttar Pradesh News: A case of fraud with a female tourist has come to light in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The female tourist has accused an emporium of selling fake ruby ​​stones. The female tourist has complained to the tourism police through email and WhatsApp. The woman has said in her complaint that she bought a ruby ​​stone for $2700 which turned out to be fake and now it is not being returned.

According to Indian currency, this amount is Rs 2 lakh 30 thousand. The female tourist has alleged fraud in buying ruby ​​stone. On the complaint of the female tourist, the tourism police and the Taj Security Police have started investigation. This case is of the month of November. The female tourist has alleged that she bought a gem ruby ​​stone from an emporium which cost 2700 dollars. When the female tourist who bought the ruby ​​got the ruby ​​stone examined, it turned out to be fake. On which the female tourist asked the emporium to take back the ruby ​​stone but the stone was not returned, after which the female tourist has made a named complaint to the Agra tourist police through email and WhatsApp. On the complaint of the female tourist, the police has started investigation and said that if the allegations are found to be true, strict action will be taken as per the rules.

Case registered on complaint of Canadian woman

On this entire matter, ACP Taj Security Syed Areeb Ahmed told that a complaint has been received from a Canadian female tourist, she says that she purchased UB stone from an emporium dealer which was found to be incorrect and it is not being returned, whereas she had purchased ruby ​​stone from the dealer. A dealer from Tajganj area has kept 2700 dollars in exchange of ruby, the matter is being investigated. If the allegations are found to be true then strict action will be taken.
