The last journey of the country's former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will start from the party headquarters tomorrow morning. At the same time, a meeting of the Congress's top policy making unit Congress Working Committee (CWC) will be held today in which tribute will be paid to former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. Manmohan Singh's body will be kept at the party headquarters on Saturday morning for the last darshan of the people and then his last journey will also start from there.
The last journey will begin tomorrow at 9.30 am
Congress's organization general secretary KC Venugopal posted on 'X', "A meeting of CWC members, permanent and special invitees is being called at the Congress headquarters at 5.30 pm today to pay tribute to former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh ji." He said, "Manmohan Singh ji's body will be kept at his residence 3, Motilal Nehru Marg today so that people can reach there and pay their last respects. Tomorrow, on December 28, at 8 am, his body will be brought to the AICC headquarters and the public and Congress workers will be able to pay their tributes to him between 8.30 and 9.30 am tomorrow." He said that Singh's last journey will start from the AICC headquarters to the crematorium at 9.30 am tomorrow. Manmohan Singh died on Thursday night. He was 92 years old.
