Stray bulls roaming around in the city
Meerut Municipal Corporation is proving unsuccessful in sending stray animals to Kanha Upvan and Gaushala. The government is spending crores of rupees on feeding stray animals and removing them from the roads, but the careless and indifferent officers of Meerut Municipal Corporation are sitting idle despite this. It is the carelessness of the inefficient system of the Municipal Corporation that stray animals have become enemies of people's lives. There is hardly any area in the city where there are no stray animals and they are not harming people.
The stray bull was sent to Kanha Garden
Since the bull had attacked the old man in front of the residence of state minister Dinesh Khatik and as soon as the video went viral on social media, the municipal corporation officials started fearing that they might have to face the minister's terror. So the officials who were sleeping like Kumbhakarani for years woke up and the team reached Ganganagar to catch the bull.
Veterinary and welfare officer Dr Harpal Singh said that the bull has been caught by a cattle catcher and sent to Kanha Upvan and a campaign is also being run here. Now the question is arising that if the failed officers of the Municipal Corporation had been alert earlier, then this incident would not have happened with the elderly Kripal Singh and he would not have had to fight for his life.
