Bhadohi News: There is big news from Bhadohi in UP where the local administration has sent a notice and sought a reply on the complaint received about the luxurious house built by Samajwadi Party MLA Zahid Beg by filling up the Gadhi pond. The Sadar MLA lodged in jail has rejected the notice received regarding the pond and demanded cancellation of the case.

It is said that in the previous government, 30 people including the MLA, in collusion with government employees, illegally built their big luxurious houses by gradually filling up the land of 1 Bigha 7 Biswa Gadhi pond located in Muslim colony. Now notices have been sent to vacate them.

There is a locality called Malikana in the Muslim colony under Bhadohi Sadar Kotwali area and here is the luxurious house of two-time MLA Zahid Beg from Samajwadi Party and the houses of other Muslim brothers. It is alleged that it was built by filling up 1 bigha 7 biswa land of Garhi pond illegally at that time with the connivance of government employees.

In this regard, Bhadohi District Magistrate Vishal Singh has said that complaints have been received several times in the past regarding the house of Honorable MLA Shri Zahid Beg, which was investigated at the tehsil level. The Tehsil Lekhpal told that the land of the building of the MLA and other people has been said to be built on the land of the pond.

On this basis, a case under section 67 has been filed against him. It has been directed at the tehsil level for quick disposal and if objections are not filed on time by him and other people or they have nothing to say in this regard, then as it has been said earlier that it is illegal, further action will be taken as per the order at the tehsil level.
