How to do Chakki Chalasana-
Chakki Chalasana is also known as Windmill Churning Asana. During this, the body is in such a shape that it seems as if you are grinding in a mill. Sit with both legs spread. Join your hands together and make a fist by interlocking the fingers. Then move your hands in a circular motion like grinding in a mill, in which the upper part of the body will move and the lower part will remain stationary.
Apart from reducing belly fat, Chakki Chalasana has many benefits, such as –

- This is an excellent asana for the nerves and organs of the abdomen and pelvis. It improves the functioning of the abdominal organs.

When not to do Chakki Chalasana –
- Do not do these asanas during pregnancy.
- Low blood pressure patients should also not do this asana.
- Do not perform Chakki Chalasana even if you have lower back pain caused by slip disc.
- Avoid doing this asana during migraine attack or severe headache.
- Do not do this asana if you have recently undergone any abdominal surgery such as hernia or cesarean.
