More than two thousand cases are being registered every year for such incidents. The party's delegation will soon meet the National Scheduled Caste Commission and the Human Rights Commission and demand action.At the same time, Union Minister L. Murugan has also raised questions about Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi. He has asked that Rahul goes to Hathras, but why did he forget the way to Tamil Nadu?

Mayawati raised the issue of Dalit oppression

After the murder of BSP state president T. Armstrong in Tamil Nadu, BSP chief Mayawati visited there and raised the issue of Dalit oppression. Now BJP has also raised this incident and alleged that incidents of atrocities against Dalits in every way have increased in the state.

Union Minister Murugan said at the BJP's central headquarters on Tuesday that since the Stalin government came to power in the last three years, more than two thousand cases of Dalit oppression are being registered every year. He recalled the recent poisonous liquor incident in which 40 people of the Scheduled Castes died (a total deaths 70).

BSP state president was also murdered in broad daylight

He also said that the state president of BSP was also murdered in broad daylight. Apart from this, incidents of caste discrimination and physical harassment are happening in this class. A report of an organization in 2022 was cited that 22 Panchayat Presidents of Scheduled Castes are not even provided chairs in their offices. Besides raising questions on the law and order situation in the state, the Union minister also slammed Congress leaders for keeping silent on Tamil Nadu as the DMK is an ally in the INDIA.

Murugan said that a delegation led by Tamil Nadu BJP vice-president VP Duraisamy will meet the National Scheduled Caste Commission and the Human Rights Commission to take cognizance of such incidents increasing in the state and demand appropriate action.
