While talking to the media at Patna airport, Atul Subhash's mother suddenly fainted. As soon as she fainted, there was a commotion. Atul's father brought water and sprinkled it on her.
Atul's mother was talking to the journalists. She cried and said, 'He tortured my son a lot. I lost the support of my old age.' She fainted after saying this.
Atul Subhash committed suicide at his residence in Bengaluru on Tuesday. Atul had accused his wife and in-laws of harassment. His mother is inconsolable after hearing the news of Atul's death.
Father had made serious allegations
Earlier, while talking to news agency ANI, Atul Subhash's father had said that 'He had come from Bangalore to Jaunpur 40 times in connection with the case. When one section ended, his wife would apply another. He was under a lot of stress, but he never let us feel it.'
Atul's father said that his son was tortured a lot. He said that whatever allegations Atul has made in the video are 100% true. During this time also Atul's mother fainted many times.
Wrote a 24 page suicide note
Atul Subhash had written a 24-page suicide note before committing suicide. In this, he had made several serious allegations against his wife and her family. He had written that his wife had demanded Rs 3 crore.
Atul had also accused the family court judge of demanding bribe. Atul Subhash had written in his suicide note, 'The family court judge had demanded Rs 5 lakh from me to settle the case. When I said that I did not have that much money, she said that you must be earning that much.'
Atul Subhash also wrote that once he had said in front of the family court judge that many men commit suicide due to such false allegations. According to Atul, his wife said, 'You should also do it.'
Referring to an incident, he wrote, 'My wife's mother met me outside the court. I told her that you did not commit suicide. To this I replied that if I die, how will your party run. To this my mother-in-law said that after your death, your father will give the money.'
Nikita's family did not talk
When the Dainik Jagran team reached the house of Atul Subhash's wife Nikita Singhania to get a response to his allegations, she refused to talk. Nikita's family instead threatened the media persons of implicating them in a false case.
Before committing suicide, Atul Subhash had sent his suicide note to his friends via email. He had also recorded a video in which Atul had narrated his ordeal. Atul had also shared this video on social media.
When the police reached Atul's house, they found him hanging from a noose. The police also recovered a plaque from Atul's house, on which was written - Justice is yet to be done. Atul has also demanded that his suicide note and video be used as evidence.
