I condemn his statement...Who issued the gazette notification of Waqf properties in UP? The government issues gazette notification. 95% Waqf properties in UP are 'Waqf by User'. If you remove 'Waqf by User', what will be the status of these properties? Will they cancel the gazette notification issued?
