Muzaffarnagar. A woman is adamant on divorcing her two husbands and marrying her lover. The woman has sought help from the police. After talking to both the parties, the police has assured the woman of help.
A woman from a village in Ramraj police station area got married five years ago. Some time after the marriage, her husband fell ill. During this time, the woman fell in love with a young man from the village and married him without divorcing her first husband. Some time after the marriage, the woman's second husband also fell ill.

The woman started going to the town with her husband's friend to get medicine. During this time, the woman had a love affair with her second husband's friend. On knowing this, the second husband's family started protesting but the woman is adamant on getting married. When the second husband's friend refused to marry the woman, the woman reached Ramraj police station and started pleading to get her married to her lover.
I will divorce both my husbands
The woman told the police that she will divorce both her husbands but get her married. Ramraj police station in-charge Deepak Chaudhary said that both the parties have asked for some time. The woman is adamant on divorcing both her husbands and marrying the third man. For now, she has been counselled and sent away.
